The United Nations dedicates every year October 11 to girls. For the first year since it is established, UN made the International Day of the girl-child celebratory. The improvement of the girl-child living conditions involves families, communities and society as a whole.
UN focuses attention on the rights of the youngest and on the need to promote their emancipation. Alessia Ramusino, a Genoese singer-songwriter, a woman who has always been involved in the social field, who has been fighting for women's rights for years, after the flashmobs she created and promoted around Italy against violence against women, continues with her battles and with new songs.
